Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea consists of:

A selection of freshly made sandwiches

Chefs Homemade Soup (V) (VG)

Homemade Scones served with Jam and Clotted Cream

A selection of homemade cakes and pastries


All served on a traditional tiered tea stand with tea or filter coffee.


2 Course or 3 Course Lunch Menu

The organiser can select one starter, one main course and one dessert for their group;

(If you require a vegetarian/ vegan main course option also this can be added to make a total of two main courses.)

For the two course option the organiser must choose to have either a starter and main or a main and dessert for their group.


Starters

Pâté

Chefs home-made pâté on a bed of fresh rocket served with cassis sauce, Melba toast and onion marmalade.

Soup (V) (VG)

Chefs homemade soup of the day (or choose your own) served with a hot crusty roll & butter.

Bruschetta (V) (VG)

Italian toasted bread topped with chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and balsamic glaze.


Mains

Chicken Suprême

Pan fried chicken suprême served with oven roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables & a cream, tarragon & white wine sauce.

Lancashire hotpot

Chefs homemade braised beef hotpot served with hot crusty rolls, pickled red cabbage and beetroot.

Roast Lamb 

Shoulder of lamb served with roast potatoes, cauliflower and cheese, seasonal vegetables and pan gravy.

Accompanied with a selection of condiments.

Spinach and ricotta Cannelloni (V)

Homemade spinach and ricotta cannelloni topped with Italian tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.

Spiced Nut Roast (V) (VG)

Spiced nut roast with lentils, aubergine and porcini mushroom

All mains served with seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes


Dessert

Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Homemade chocolate fudge brownie topped with Chantilly cream.

Sticky toffee pudding

Chefs homemade sticky toffee pudding served with a Butterscotch sauce & Crème anglaise.

Apple Crumble

Homemade apple crumble served with Crème anglaise.

Aquafaba Meringue (VG)

Aquafaba Meringues with whipped coconut cream and fresh berries
